Inc. Announces Additions to Global Management Team
St.
Louis, Missouri and Dubai, UAE – December 15, 2006 –
VistaWiz, Inc., a provider of comprehensive security solutions and
business applications to small and medium sized enterprises in the
US and the Middle East, today announced changes to it’s global
management team.

professionals and entrepreneurs from the information technology industry
with proven track records of accomplishment and success. Our team
has the full range of skills necessary to execute our business plan
and manage a fast-growing startup company. These additions to our
team position VistaWiz for significant growth in the Middle East”

William
Reeves, President and CEO
Bill has 20 years of experience consulting to and managing both large
and small technology companies. Bill was a Partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers
Consulting (now IBM Consulting) where he helped a wide range of Fortune
500 companies to develop traditional and e-business strategies. Bill
also served as President of Financial Settlement Matrix a software
company funded by Citigroup, Wells Fargo and i2 Technologies which
is now part of i2.
Scott
Widhamm, Chairman
Scott brings over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry
He has expertise in identifying technology companies with great potential that are in their early stages.
He is a partner in the optical capital groups.
Scott is a founder of capital cable that was sold to charter communication.
He is the CEO of AVIX and a managing general partner of Clayton capital, LLC.
He is also a principal in Broadwing, a broadband telecommunications delivery company.
Hassan Tahir, Middle East Market Director
Hassan is a veteran of the Middle East IT market place. Mr. Tahir
previously built and remains a Director of MAS Infosoft, a major provider
of web solutions to enterprises in the UAE and Pakistan markets. His
IT industry skills and deep knowledge of our target markets make him
particularly suited to lead our sales and marketing efforts in the
Middle East.
Shazad Malik – Vice President Engineering and Co-Founder
Shazad remains our VP of Engineering. However, he has relocated to
our Middle East headquarters in Dubai where he will continue to manage
engineering and product development for the global company. Shazad
brings more than 10 years of experience from the Financial and ISP
industries. He joined VistaWiz from Intira where he was the Senior
Unix team leader. Prior to Intira, Shazad held the position of VP
of Security Technologies at Bear Stearns. He led the efforts at Chase
Bank and Credit Suisse First Boston in supporting the foreign exchange
floor and migration deployments for disaster recovery. He also served
as the Data Security Manager at Island ECN, a former subsidiary of
Datek and deployed Linux enterprise solutions at A. G. Edwards. Shazad
also has an extensive security audit background.
Suresh
Mandava, Chief techonology officer & Co-Founder
Suresh joined vista wiz from Datareturn where he was the chief UNIX technologist responsible for large scale web site deployments.
He has over 14 years of experience as an infrastructure architect in operation large data center environments from conception to production.
In his role as lead web solution strategist at IBM, Suresh implemented webshpere for IBM's primary support website and helped build content management tools search and data mining systems.
Priors to this Suresh was with Satyam computers in India where he was manager of technical services for Satyam's state of the art offshore development technology center,
and was responsible for building communication infrastructures and managing a network of 1400 nodes
Craig
McCallum, Chief operating officer
Craig is a senior finance and operations executive with 20 yeas of experience in finance operations and international business in early stage and high growth technology companies.
Most recently, McCallum was senior vice president for Prot�g� group, Inc.
A London England based company that made venture capital investments in us companies and the assisted those companies to expand their business into Western Europe.
Craig has also held executive positions at encompass Group Inc.
CompuServe corporation's internet Division and SPTY, Inc.
Kevin
Yarbrough, Board member.
Kevin Yarbrough has 22 yeas experience in the technology and telecommunications industry in both the corporate and startup environments.
Kevin has demonstrated leadership in high-lever sales, sales management, business and corporate development, and engineering.
Kevin was a co-founder of streamseach.com & stLouisNow corporation. Kevin is currently a director of sales for British Telecom. Recently Kevin worked directly with the executives for Wiltel communications and was responsible for bringing in new revenue and creating strategic relationships with cable companies. RBOC's and carriers. Kevin spent 9 years with SBC. He held positions in management, engineering, and high-level sales.
Kevin was also part of the original core team at Savvis communication.
